Since 12/01, Moneytigo (Ovri Banking), our payment service, has decided to block our account without warning, which has immediately stopped our ability to receive CB payments. We are, of course, in contact with them to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, and are at the same time looking for a new payment service provider in order to re-propose a classic credit card payment system as soon as possible.
All this explains why, since 12/01, we accept two methods of payment:
- Bank transfer.
- Payment by credit card via link
We would like to reassure you that there are no problems with our website or our company.
How do I pay by "Payment by credit card via link"?
This is an alternative method that allows you to continue paying by credit card.
- Confirm your order by selecting "Payment by credit card via link".
- A new page will appear with a "Pay" button
- Click on it and enter the amount of your order
- Confirm payment
- Your order will be validated between 10 minutes and 2 hours later.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
It's really quite simple. Just follow these simple steps:
- Confirm your order by selecting "Bank transfer".
- Go to your banking application
- Enter our banking information (transmitted during the validation of your order)
- Make a bank transfer using your order number as the reason for the transfer
- Send us the proof of transfer by email (contact@420greenroad.com) or via chat for express processing of your order (immediate if sent before 2pm).

However, we are fully aware that these payment options (bank transfer or CB payment via link) are not to everyone's liking, and some customers will categorically refuse to choose either of these two options. We have therefore decided to offer a 32% discount on the entire site until we can offer credit card payment again, with a view to apologizing for any inconvenience caused.
