OG Kush is a cannabis strain created in the 90s in California. The result of a cross between Chewdawg and Hindu Kush, it is now the basis of numerous breeding programs, notably for its powerful effects and extraordinary flavours. Despite heated debate among informed consumers as to the exact meaning of the term "OG", no one today knows for sure what the acronym stands for. Some claim it stands for "Original Gangster", but in reality, it's more likely to mean "Ocean Grown", in honour of the place where the first successful crossbreeding took place: the Californian coast. Over the years, it has become very famous; it's now part of the hall of fame of the world's best varieties, and has won dozens of competitions!
