Indicated as frothy, I'd go so far as to say it's also very powdery: it crumbles effortlessly when cold and falls to powder! A pleasure to work with!

Fourth time I've used it and it's always a pleasure. The taste, the crumble, the smell, everything is perfect. Personally, I love it!
This time it's a bit off; grainy, doesn't crumble as well and much stronger in taste; a pity.

I'd hated the old one, which was a bit brown, with very little taste. I wanted to try again with 1g on this so-called new version and what a slap I took. I put it straight in my top 3 for taste. So I went straight back for 100 meug mdrrrrrr

In a word: overkill. Real good taste.
