What are the advantages of taking capsules?

However, to start with, we recommend taking 1 capsule a day (in the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime) to begin experiencing its soothing, relaxing effects. This dosage can be increased up to 3 capsules, depending on your needs, sensitivity and weight.
