What are the advantages of taking capsules?
CBG Capsules are considered to be food supplements, which the European Parliament* defines as "foodstuffs whose purpose is to supplement the normal diet and which constitute a concentrated source of nutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect, alone or in combination..." . CBG Capsules are a very interesting alternative to taking CBG. In fact, their ease of use, which involves taking a simple capsule, is a fairly common gesture for anyone. Just remember to stay hydrated at the same time.
Like CBD capsules, CBG capsules have a definite advantage over taking CBD in oil form, for example. Although absorption by the body is not as rapid as with oil taken sublingually, CBG capsules will enable you to feel its effects for a longer period, from 3 to 6 hours. What is the dosage?
Each capsule contains 50mg of cannabigerol, and each jar contains 30 capsules for a total of 1500mg.
It should be pointed out that the maximum recommended daily dosage may vary according to individual morphology and sensitivity to CBG. Nevertheless, we recommend taking 2 capsules a day in the morning to start feeling its soothing, relaxing effects. This dosage can be increased up to 8 capsules in four 2-capsule doses, depending on your needs, sensitivity and weight.
