Shipping policy
1) Delivery zone
Packages are delivered to mainland France, France Dom Tom (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, etc.), the European Union (Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Portugal) and all 27 EU member states. Other countries may be eligible, so please contact us before ordering if your delivery country is not on this list. The average delivery time is 1 to 15 working days. However, any delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages.
We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or supplier shortages.
Any anomaly noted on the external appearance of the package (damaged or open box or packaging, etc.) upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt for any subsequent claim. Complaints concerning the condition or contents of packages must be reported immediately upon receipt, but never later than 48 hours in order to be taken into account by our services.
2) Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.
In the event of damage in transit, a justified protest must be made to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.
Receipt of the transported goods extinguishes any action against the seller for damage or partial loss if, within 48 hours, not including public holidays, following receipt, the consignee has not notified the seller of his protest by extrajudicial act or by registered letter.
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer at the time when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier proposed by the trader, takes physical possession of the goods.
Reminder: Our products may in certain cases be seized by Customs and the competent authorities for verification. If your order is seized, it is your responsibility to rectify the situation.
