MCPN formula: Is it really legal?

MCPN formula

The MCPN formula, a new molecule already? Since June 3, France has banned all synthetic cannabinoids derived from THC and HHC created from a common molecule called benzo[c]chromene. This includes THCPTHC, THCPO, HHC, HHCO, HHCP, HHCPO, THCB, HHCH, THCJD and THCJDand all the cannabinoids that could be discovered in the future on the basis of this model. This is a major blow to the legal cannabis industry, supported by ANSM.

At present, there are no legal alternatives to replace the void caused by this ban. Watch out for CRD (which contains HHC, H4CBD and HHCP, according to analyses carried out on samples a few months ago), and even more so for CBG9 or CBD9, which are inventions and are probably composed of synthetic SPICE-type cannabinoids. Nevertheless, we must not lose hope! Today, we invite you to discover our supplier's new 100% natural and above all 100% legal MCP formula, called MCP Natural. Composed of CBN, CBC, CBG and CBD, its effect is said to be around 100 times greater than that of CBD.

UPDATE 19/06: There's now an alternative with the MCP Boost formula and the 10-OH-HHC and 8-OH-HHC metabolites. To find out more about our two MCP versions, please read our article "What is the MCP formula?"

What is an MCP formula?

The MCP formula, for Maximum Cannabinoid Power, was developed by our supplier not as a chemical formula per se, but rather as a concept. It can be summed up in a few words: maximizing the effect of different cannabinoids while remaining legal. The entourage effect between cannabinoids is an incredible force which multiplies the effects of each cannabinoid tenfold. Whether the cannabinoids are natural or synthetic, the synergy between all these molecules opens up a wealth of possibilities.

With this in mind, a few months ago we launched the MCPI (Indica) and MCPS (Sativa) formulas, which attempted to reproduce the Sativa and Indica effects using different synthetic cannabinoids. Unfortunately, the ban issued by the ANSM, which took effect on June 3, does not allow us to continue marketing these two formulas, which are composed of THCP, HHCPO, THCV, THCB and HHCH.

Why this new MCPN formula?

As mentioned above, prohibition will force many shops to find more or less legal alternatives. However, at present, there is no cannabinoid that can claim to be legal while delivering effects close to those of the banned molecules. That will come in a few weeks, if not months, but for the time being, we need to draw a line under all this and move on.

REMINDER UPDATE: The new MCP Boost formula provides effects similar to those of the former banned molecules.

That's where the new MCP Natural formula comes in. MCPN stands for "Maximum Cannabinoid Power Natural". Unlike other creators of fake cannabinoids, we won't try to smoke you out (no pun intended) with pseudo-promises and false analysis. The MCPN formula is created from CBN, CBC, CBG and CBD. Nothing else! No secret ingredients that nobody should know about. And yet, according to initial tests, this MCPN formula could induce pronounced psychoactive effects and a certain euphoria/well-being. Above all, it will provide a solution for all those who wish to experience deep, intense relaxation. The synergy between the various cannabinoids could achieve effects 100 times greater than those of CBD, and more intense than H4CBD (now illegal).

What are the effects of MCP Natural?

With its extraordinary composition, MCPN has all the ingredients needed to become a true role model. Here are just a few of the properties and effects delivered by the consumption of this new formula:

  • Euphoria +
  • Relaxation +++
  • Anti-depressant
  • Helps you fall asleep
  • Muscle recovery
  • Reduce pain

What are the side effects?

Due to its high CBN (cannabinol) content, it is possible that MCP Natural formula may cause unwanted drowsiness, but this remains fairly rare. Otherwise, we find all the undesirable effects common to legal cannabinoids:

  • Headaches
  • Dizziness
  • Dry mouth
  • Dizziness
  • Nausea

Is MCPN legal in France?

Yes, the MCPN formula, whether added to flowers, present in hash, oils or any other product, is 100% legal because it is produced from natural cannabinoids. The law may change, and if it does, so will the formula. At present, there is no reason to believe that CBD, CBG, CBC and CBN could ever be considered psychoactive cannabinoids and added to the ANSM's list of narcotics. As a result, the MCPN formula is here to stay!
