H4-CBD is a hydrogenated version of cannabidiol. Like HHC, it belongs to the category of synthetic cannabinoids, i.e. they are not created naturally by the plant. But unlike hexahydrocannabinol (HHC), H4CBD is not created from THC, so it's perfectly legal in France and Europe.
